Education and Early Career Stephanie holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the Ivey Business School. She began her career in investment analysis within a large, diversified regional conglomerate, where she developed strong expertise in financial modeling, corporate finance, and strategic growth assessment across complex operating businesses. Entrepreneurship and Ecosystem Development Building on her corporate finance foundation, Stephanie transitioned into entrepreneurship and ecosystem development. She conceptualized and executive-produced a regional investment-focused television series, launched a business development incubator, and helped build an entrepreneurial marketplace supporting founders across multiple Caribbean territories.
